FICTION books featuring hardcore bondage, so strict that you struggle to breathe. Needless to say this could only happen in your fantasy. Such cruel bondage is a big no-no in the real world okay. Therefore, this list is NOT FOR safe, sane and consensual BDSM play.
What's ideal on this list (just some examples)....
1) Super strict/hardcore/extreme Bondage (there is no boundaries/limits as to how crazy the bondage could be - it doesn't have to be realistic. Anything you fantasized about to get yourself off is good to go as long as it is hardcore enough to be on this list).
2) Long Term Bondage/Storage Bondage
3) Sadomasochism *
4) Objectification *
5) Body Modifications *
6) Noncon/Dubcon *
7) Edge-plays such as breathplays etc *
* Of course all the above listed has to have bondage play to go with it.
To ensure the list stays on topic and not go out of proportion, the story MUST revolve around: S&M Extreme Bondage
* Only add the first book if it is a series unless only specific volumes in it is applicable to the specifics here.
Books from any fiction genres are welcome on this list as long as the main story applies to the above guideline. Thank you for your participation. Have fun!

Kyn, a T has gone walkabout from your list title. (Probably run away to join the local serial-killer's tool kit)

Most of Chris Bellows's books has such element. Anyways, it's not a must to have all that listed elements to be on this list. As long as there's extreme bondage combine with S&M, we are good to go.And I ditto your sentiment on not enough fiction books on b-mod. We could mostly find it on online story tho.
