Outside The Museum (The Sonnet) | Amantes Assemble

Enough with, patria o muerte*!
Enough with, god save the queen!
Enough with, heil hitler!
Enough with, o say can you see!
Bronze age beings yell about national glory,
Stone age beings yell about religious glory.
Electric beings got no time for such make-believe,
On their shoulders walks the present of humanity.
There is no earth till all roots combine,
Till we crave for each other all roots are chains.
Museums add perspective on the direction of life,
But to spend a life in museum is life lost in vain.
Enough with vande mataram**,
it’s time for vasudhaiva kutumbakam***.
To hell with nation, culture and tradition,
civilization awaits outside the museum.

(*homeland or death, *hail the motherland, ***world is family)

My World, My Family (An Excerpt) | Her Insan Ailem

“The struggle isn’t over till the last drop of tear is wiped out.

No matter what, I am not giving up – I am not giving up on this world. Because among all the planets across 2 trillion galaxies in our universe, this apparently insignificant little blue dot is my home – it’s my family. And I shall keep fighting, unarmed and unbending, for the rights of my family, for the peace and uplift of my family, so long as the four valves on my left keep working. Fighting is a good thing, if the reason is righteous. And there is no greater reason, no greater cause, to keep fighting, than for the welfare of our family. That is why, I am not giving up – no matter what, I am not giving up. I am not giving up on the welfare of my family – I am not giving up on my humankind.

Pase lo que pase, no me rendiré – no me rendiré con mi mundo. Porque, el hogar no es donde está el corazón, el hogar es donde el corazón se pierde. Y yo perdí mi corazón por mi familia mundial.

Revolution is Not A Convenience | Heart Force One

Revolution never happens because it is acceptable, it happens because everything else turns unacceptable. World War 3 has already begun, but unlike the previous times, it is not a war amongst nations, rather it’s a war within nations between the forces of inclusion and reason, and the forces of separatism and superstition. And this World War will continue much longer than the previous two times, for this time, it’s a war against the elements of inhumanity within our society, within ourselves, which unlike the previous times, cannot be treated by simply shooting down. Guns kill segregationists, not segregation.

So this time, and now on, the revolution and all the future revolutions must continue without resorting to violence. I am not talking about simply nonviolence, I am talking about having an actual and utter repulsiveness towards violence. This is the fundamental requirement of a civilized revolution. Show strength through your resolve, not through the eagerness for violence. If a terrorist has a gun to your head, don’t fight, stare down at them till they drop the gun (metaphorically speaking).

Worth of Human | Every Generation Needs Caretakers

What is the point of you? What is your worth? And by worth I am not talking about your financial value, I am talking about something much more significant than that. So, I ask again – what is your worth? And you won’t find the answer in any scripture or church – you won’t find it even in this book. Because no external power can give you the answer to something so incredibly existential in nature.

If you want to know your worth, ask yourself, what are you without your bank account. The worth of a person lies in character. The same goes for a nation and the same goes for a world. Therefore, a nation’s worth lies not in the value of its currency, but in the character of its people. And it all begins with the individual – it all begins with you. Your character holds not just the worth of your own life, but that of the lives of your people as well. So, feel like it’s the feeling of your society and act like it’s the action of your society.

But mark you, here I do not mean, feeling and acting like the society, rather, I am asking you to feel, think and act as an original, brave and conscientious human being, so that you become the very emblem of humanhood in front of others, for them to draw their life’s inspiration from. Doing what the society wants, makes you a second hand human – wanting the society to do what you want, makes you a narcissistic bigot – but being an embodiment of humanhood without any expectation from others, is what makes you a sentient human.

The First Peacemaker | Visvavictor

As the tail on our back disappeared as we no longer had any use for it, nuclear weapons will also disappear once we realize, we no longer have any need for them. But no matter how much we daydream, it will never happen as some sort of grand geopolitical gesture of international collaboration – somebody has to take the first step – one nuclear-capable state has to take that first leap of bold faith and naive trust! The question is, who will it be? The first nuclear nation to abandon its nuclear weapons, will be the First Peacemaking Nation of Earth – and their head of state, the First Peacemaker.

Unspoken Truths (The Sonnet) | Greatest Country on Earth is Earth

Democracy is people-approved dictatorship,
Military is people-approved genocide.
Atom bombs are people-approved armageddon,
In conscience-court all guilty of homicide.

There is no time left, for there never was time,
Time begins with the beginning of civilization.
And civilization is something we are yet to find,
Hence, there is no question of clock progression.

Nationalist chimps sell war in the name of security,
Stoneage civilians rush to bulk-buy graveyard plots.
Merchant of murder, you, yell about peacekeeping,
While you feast on nationalism like wet little cods!

When cavemen take pride in their national glory of death,
Sanctuary becomes asylum for the lunatic walking dead!

The King (A Sonnet) | Abhijit Naskar | Either Right or Human

Today I salute you,
For today you are king,
Ruler of the entire earth,
One without a living being.

My congratulations, your majesty,
On your glorious accomplishment!
Fate worse than a defeated king
is a king without subjects.

I got buried in the wreck,
So did my friends and family.
But still I salute you my king,
On your unparalleled victory.

I salute you from my grave,
For today you are king,
Ruler of a million lands,
Yet still, ruler of nothing!

The Great Superstition (Sonnet) | Abhijit Naskar | Little Planet on The Prairie

Fundamentalists radicalize
children for illegal terrorism,
nationalists radicalize
children for legal terrorism,

I radicalize children for peace-n-oneness,
using only their brain and backbone,
without spilling the blood of human.
Only leeches live by guns and call it honor,
brainwashed by the witchcraft of patriotism.

Fundamentalism, nationalism, these are the real
witchcraft, still practiced by modern savages.
Teachers, coppers, politicians, civil servants,
all (most) mindlessly carry the paradigm of death.

Give me a hundred humanitarian hearts,
I’ll wipe out the very concept of war.
Pack your flags with other talismans,
there is no greater superstition
than the superstition of nation.
