'আলো-অন্ধকারে যাই' আমার পঁচিশতম লেখা। উপন্যাসটি লেখার সময় আমি বর্তমান সময়টাকে ধরতে চেয়েছি। একটা মানুষের জীবনের পুরো সময়টাকে তুলে আনার চেয়ে এখানে আমার মনোযোগ ছিল তার জীবনের অল্প কিছু মুহূর্ত তুলে আনায়। কাজটায় সফল হয়েছি কিনা জানি না।
