Why do books have 3 voters but have '0.00 avg rating — 0 ratings' (and therefore make it to numbers 1 & 2 of this list??? Beats me... ) The books in question are Honey Dripper and Red Velvet, both are to be published coming October, by the way.

I suppose that the people who voted for those two ranked them higher? (Plus, they had three votes while the rest on the list only had two.) I've never completely understood what makes these lists tick. I created this list to be used in lieu of a series page once I get finished, so I deleted my vote for both of those books to see what happens.

ETA: It's been at least ten minutes since I deleted my votes yet those two are still at the top. All the rest are in the order I put them in except for butter pecan gelato. It has to be that the voters ranked those books higher.

As you're the creator of this list, the book you've deleted from your votes should go down a bit. There are other books you've voted for that now have two votes and there isn't a single one with three votes just now. Let 's just wait and see 😊. (It might take a while)
